At Shields Stamps & Coins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
